Credit Card information needed to schedule multiple services or services requiring 2 or more hours. E-mail and text reminders are sent to the e-mail and cellphone information on file. You an also schedule by using our Book an appointment tool at the top of the page, call us, or download our Mindbody app on the app store.
Please Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any paperwork so that you may experience the full scheduled amount of time.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time left of your appointment if service allows.
Please give 24 hours cancellation notice. If you have booked multiple services or services requiring more than 2 hour please give 48 hours notice. This allows us time to try to fill the time we had reserved for you. If your appointments are canceled after the 24/48 hour window we will charge 50% of the original service to your card on file. If no card is on file the charge will be added to your account. No show appointments will be charged full price.
A No Call No Show on two occasions will result in needing to pre-pay for future appointments.
If you’re under the age of 17, a parent or guardian must sign a permission form and must be present somewhere in the same location at all times during the service.
When bringing small children to your appointments please make arrangements to have another adult present to keep an eye on them. All of us at Pure Envee enjoy children but there are hot items as well as others items that are not intended for a child's use. Our staff are busy performing services and if the parent is receiving services it is difficult for them to keep a constant eye on the child and ensure their safety.
We reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
Full refund on products up to 7 days from purchase. 7-30 days after purchase, in store credit may be given at the discretion of management. Credit may be used on future product purchases.
*No refund or exchange will be given after 30 days.
