Our Founder's Story
Valorie Johnson had been friends with Tracy Honyoust Norton since they were in grade school. Tracy became a cosmetologist and practiced for more than 30 years, while Valorie Johnson pursued a career in the non-profit sector for more than 3 decades. Although they had not lived in the same town for many years, they continued to be the best of friends.
No matter how much time had passed or how far apart they were, when they got together it was as if time stood still. Even when they had not spoken for a long time, Valorie Johnson and Tracy knew they were never alone as long as they had each other. It only took 1 text message to rekindle their friendship.
Best Friends and Business Partners
Since Valorie Johnson had a business background and Tracy had experience in the salon and spa industry, they decided to start a company. Excited, they flew to New York in March to meet with a business that manufactured skincare products. Tracy had never ridden in a cab, taken the subway, or gone to a Broadway show. She and Valorie Johnson spent the entire weekend checking several things off Tracy's bucket list before heading home with a plan.
To prepare for their business, Valorie Johnson bought a two-story building in Coldwater, halfway between her and Tracy's homes. She gave notice to her employer that she would be retiring in 6 weeks. Just 4 days later, Tracy found a lump.
Tracy was diagnosed with cancer and passed away in June. Valorie Johnson wanted to keep Tracy's memory alive by following their dream to the best of her ability. A skincare line was launched and named it TH#9 in honor of Tracy.

Credit Card information needed to schedule multiple services or services requiring 2 or more hours. E-mail and text reminders are sent to the e-mail and cellphone information on file.
Please Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any paperwork so that you may experience the full scheduled amount of time.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time left of your appointment if service allows.
Front Door - Upon entering Sanitize your hands and see receptionist for intake procedure.
Back Door- Upon entering Sanitize your hands, and page receptionist with beeper hanging next to the sanitation station.
Please give 24 hours cancellation notice. If you have booked multiple services or services requiring more than 2 hour please give 48 hours notice. This allows us time to try to fill the time we had reserved for you. If your appointments are canceled after the 24/48 hour window we will charge 50% of the original service to your card on file. If no card is on file the charge will be added to your account. No show appointments will be charged full price.
A No Call No Show on two occasions will result in needing to pre-pay for future appointments.
If you are experiencing fever 100.4 or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, loss of taste and/or smell or shortness of breath please reschedule your appointment. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.
Client and staff health and safety is our number one priority. Thank You for your support and compliance during these uncertain times.
Upon entering the building staff and clients are required to wear a mask covering both nose and mouth You also will be required to complete a Covid-19 release form, sanitize your hands, and document your current temperature. If you do not have a mask we will provide you with one to use during your service. Sanitation stations and no-touch thermometers are available at the door.
Management and staff have worked diligently during the closure of the spa to update its already rigorous sanitation and hygiene standards and implement new policies and procedures to promote the health and safety of guests and staff.
Air filtration systems have been added to both HVAC systems to improve air quality as well as surface decontamination. Sneeze guards have been added to the manicure stations and receptions area. Station dividers have been added to the salon and pedicure areas.
We have purchased PPE for staff, clients, and service areas. We have participated in multiple certifications and training's in Infection Control and sanitation.
If you’re under the age of 17, a parent or guardian must sign a permission form and must be present somewhere in the same location at all times during the service.
When bringing small children to your appointments please make arrangements to have another adult present to keep an eye on them. All of us at Pure Envee enjoy children but there are hot items as well as others items that are not intended for a child's use. Our staff are busy performing services and if the parent is receiving services it is difficult for them to keep a constant eye on the child and ensure their safety.
We reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.
Full refund on products up to 7 days from purchase. 7-30 days after purchase, in store credit may be given at the discretion of management. Credit may be used on future product purchases.
